Numerical Simulation Method of Roller Hemming on Variable Curvature Aluminium Alloy Sheet with Adhesive

چکیده
To realize the roller forming process of curved edges aluminium alloy auto-body closure panels, a numerical simulation method is proposed for sheet with adhesive in flat variable curvature. Firstly, motion calculated by discrete curvature curve method. Secondly, FEM-SPH coupling established to simulate interaction between layer and sheet. Subsequently, model was constructed finite element calculations were carried out. The results show that posture matches actual roller, can adequately fill inner outer panel areas during rolling process, which proves effectiveness
